About Jody Ryan & Morgan Powell

Jody Ryan and Morgan Powell are a mother-daughter real estate team that has consistently been one of the most successful and productive teams in the Salina Area. They are very involved and supportive of the local community.

Professionally, they are successful because they value communication as a priority. They believe that keeping the buyer or seller well informed throughout the process is key to ensuring a smooth transaction. As a team, they can be in two places at once, so one of them will always be available to answer questions or address your needs. In addition, they have employed two licensed assistants with over 15 years of experience each to help provide the best experience possible. 

Jody is a native Salinan and enjoys working out at the gym spending time with her grandchildren. She specializes in new construction, helping buyers from start to finish with all the decisions necessary to build and add finishes to their dream homes. Jody has consistently been in the top 5% of Realtors in Salina since her business in 2005.

Jody is married to Karl Ryan, a funeral director with his family business, and she has two daughters, both living in Salina, Morgan, and Madison.

Morgan graduated from Salina South and then received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. She is involved in many organizations in the community and particularly enjoys activities that include her children. Morgan especially enjoys helping first-time buyers and investors. Morgan and her husband are real estate investors, and she loves to help others get started owning rentals. Morgan is married to Zach Powell, a pilot/sales director for Textron Aviation. They have two children.
